1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the JayTechs website (jaytechs.com), or by registering for, subscribing to, or using JT Flow POS or any other JayTechs software or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website, software, or services.

2. Definitions

• "JayTechs", "we", "us", "our" — the provider of the website and software services.
• "Software" / "POS" — JT Flow POS and any related applications, tools, and updates.
• "Service" — the website, the Software, hosting, and any support we provide.
• "You", "Customer", "User" — any person or business using the Service.
• "Subscription" — a paid plan giving access to the Software for a billing period.

3. Use of software & licence

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, JayTechs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Software for your own business operations during your active subscription.

You may not copy, resell, sub-license, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, nor use it to build a competing product.

4. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
• User limits apply per plan; sharing a single login to circumvent user limits is not permitted.

5. Subscriptions & billing

• Access to the Software is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you select (Trial, Basic, Pro, Premium, or as otherwise agreed).
• Fees, billing cycles, and the features included in each plan are communicated at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
• Payment is due according to your billing cycle. Continued access depends on your subscription remaining active and paid.
• If payment is not received by the due date, access may be limited to read-only or suspended after any grace period.
• Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Specific refund arrangements, if any, will be confirmed in writing.

6. Free trial

We may offer a free trial (for example, a 7-day trial). Trials are provided for evaluation only. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Software. We may modify or withdraw trial offers at any time.

7. Data, privacy & backups

• You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Software (sales, accounts, staff, customers, etc.).
• We process your data to provide the Service, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
• We may keep cloud backups to help safeguard against data loss, but you are encouraged to maintain your own records where critical.
• We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.
• By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data as needed to operate the Software.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or tax regulations.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data.
• Upload malicious code or use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business.

9. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, the website, the JayTechs and JT Flow POS names, logos, and all related materials remain the exclusive property of JayTechs. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

10. Service availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, and to provide support to active subscribers. However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (such as internet or hosting provider issues). We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JayTechs disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here.

JayTechs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

You are responsible for verifying that reports, accounts, tax figures, and other outputs meet your legal and accounting obligations.

12. Suspension & termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time; subscriptions continue until the end of the paid period.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or misuse the Service.
• On termination, your right to use the Software ends. We may, where practical, allow a reasonable window to export your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
